Occasionally things go wrong but we are always committed to putting them right. If for any reason you wish to complain you can speak to anyone in our customer services department who will endeavour to solve the matter to your satisfaction or contact Jo Thompson (Managing Director) direct.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue following the screen instructions and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You will then have a choice of paying by Visa, Mastercard, or major debit card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information over the Internet or via phone, fax and post.
Alternatively we can send you a pro-forma invoice. Simply post your payment by chque made payable to Spectrum Cleaning Solutions Ltd to: Spectrum Cleaning Solutions Ltd, Falshaw House, 31-32 Durham Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 7PT. We will despatch your goods on receipt of payment.

When you place an order with us you will receive an automatic response by e-mail confirming your order. If all items are in stock, your order will be despatched within 3 working days. If there are any items that are A) unavailable or B) cannot be sent via carrier for safety reasons, we will phone or e-mail you to inform you of alternatives.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All orders over £75.00 (excl vat) include free delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland. Orders, for delivery in the UK, that are below £75.00 are subject to a £9.95 + vat carriage charge.
Delivery charges to the Highlands and Islands will be confirmed before despatch.

Carriers cannot ship some chemicals, which may be of a hazardous nature. These make up only a small proportion of our chemical range and we would inform you of alternative products when an order is placed.

Tax Charges All orders are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Upon delivery please thoroughly inspect the goods and report damages, errors or faults to us as soon as possible. In the event that goods cannot be inspected on delivery then sign for them as "unexamined".

Report damages, errors or faults within 7 days to customer services on 01723 373509 between the hours of 8:30am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday or e-mail admin@spectrumcleaningsolutions.co.uk.

In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error you will be entitled to an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of our agreement to do so.
Remittance Terms Nett monthly account facility (you must have an established credit account to use this facility). Please note that we do not open credit accounts for 'one-off' orders except in the case of local authority departments and registered charities that can submit an original purchase order. We are pleased; however, to open credit facilities to corporate customers ordering consumable products on a regular basis, simply call our accounts department for a credit application form.

For all sales made on credit , payment is due from you within thirty days following the invoice date.
