Business Support Technician
My role makes me accountable for ensuring the seamless supply of products and services to our customers. This involves a few responsibilities which include :
1) Replenishing stock levels to ensure continuous supply of products to fulfil customer demands
2) Mobilising new customer accounts to ensure we deliver what we have promised in the way of dispensers, dosing units and Hygiene Management Support.
3) Ensuring warehouse and distribution efficiencies
The above keeps me busy and love being part of the Spectrum "family" and my colleagues often call me "Mr Fixit" because I am the "go to" person in the company who completes a lot of the troubleshooting tasks. Customer service is important to me and I always like to add value and help solve challenges wherever I can!
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family. We like to take part in a reciprocal annual football exchange programme where we offer a German family hospitality over a long weekend and we then visit them the following year. It is always very pleasant having them to stay with us and I love the German culture and food when we stay with them.
I have seven children so going on well needed holidays to Majorca are always welcomed in order to recharge the batteries! I would love to live there one day!
