In light of the Government’s announcement on 11th May 2020, we are reviewing our services to ensure we adhere to the most up-to-date rules and keep all our staff and customers safe.
Our walk-in Trade Counter service is currently suspended to protect the health and safety of our team and our customers.
For our customers who would usually use the Trade Counter service we are now providing contactless deliveries, starting from Monday 30th March. We are waiving our usual delivery charges for local customers and offering next day delivery free of charge. Simply order before 2pm to guarantee your delivery the next working day.
If you already get a regular delivery, you should have been contacted with your new delivery day.

2. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze.
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze. Alternatively, sneeze into your elbow.
Do not cover your nose and mouth with your hands.
The Government now recommends that people aim to wear a face-covering in enclosed spaces where social distancing is not always possible and they come into contact with others that they do not normally meet, such as public transport and some shops.
3. After using a tissue, place in the bin immediately.
Once you have used a tissue, place it straight into the bin.
Do not keep the same tissue and re-use it multiple times.
4. Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
Avoiding close contact with people who are unwell will help to prevent spread of infection. This can prevent you from picking up the infection and therefore help you prevent passing it to others.
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are unclean.
How can I keep surfaces clean?
It is not yet confirmed how long the SARS-CoV-2 lasts on surfaces, but some coronaviruses can linger for up to 9 days.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends taking preventative action that includes regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Surfaces that are frequently touched include door handles, desks, TV remotes and computer keyboards. By the nature of these items, it’s easy to see how infections can spread, as they are likely to be touched by multiple people each day.
