Catch Up February 2015
I hope you are having a great start to the year so far with more good things to come. This month is especially significant for us as it marks our twentieth year of being in the cleaning and hygiene industry.
How that time has flown and how the industry has changed too, for the better in my opinion! We have seen technology changes with higher levels of performance and safety of both equipment and chemicals and the cleaning industry in general has come to recognise the importance of training. Also, we are seeing new raw materials and emerging formulations for chemicals, that have a very high performance profile but with a very low impact on the environment.
It’s exhilarating to think about what the next 20 years will bring and you can be assured that we are committed to researching new and exciting products and services to ensure all our customers get the most innovative solutions available.
We've been working on a variety of projects that I think you might find interesting. Recently we have written a series of e training course that support cleaning and hygiene tasks including working at heights and manual handling. These, along with others, will all be available, free of charge, to customers buying their cleaning and hygiene products from us through our Hygiene Management Scheme. Click here to read more about our Hygiene Management Scheme.
We will be showcasing this exciting scheme at Y15, the Welcome to Yorkshire 2015 Conference, at Spa Complex Scarborough on 18th March from 10am to 2pm. Please come along and say hello, we would love to see if we can add value to your business in any way. Click here to find out more about this Conference.
On a more serious note, we continue to support Target Ovarian Cancer by donating 50p per feminine hygiene bin and with it being Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month in March; we will be undertaking additional fund raising initiatives to help boost the coffers! Currently in the UK each year, some 7000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer and 4300 women lose their lives – we like doing our bit to help! Find out more about Target Ovarian Cancer.
Is this year set to be a special one for you too? We'd love to hear the latest news about your business so please get in touch and let us know.
