Managing Director
With over 25 years of experience leading businesses, my vision for Spectrum is to be the go-to choice for customers in healthcare, hospitality, education, and facilities management who value exceptional customer service, partnership, and quality hygiene solutions. I prioritise collaboration and strong relationships, with a focus on recruiting and retaining talent. By investing in team training and empowerment, I ensure we deliver outstanding customer service, drive growth, and build long-term client loyalty.

Tim Chadwick
Commercial Director
I guide Spectrum’s strategic direction, driving revenue growth, managing risks, and capitalising on opportunities. With a deep understanding of all departments, I provide insights and support to ensure sustainable growth. I bring 18 years of management experience, including leading high-profile projects in London such as The British Museum, The National Gallery, The O2, and South Bank University.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising, playing pool, and walking my cocker spaniel, Choppa.

Pete Thompson
Customer Services Director
With my wife Jo and father-in-law Jerry as fellow founders, delivering outstanding customer service is my priority. Cultivating enduring relationships with loyal customers is crucial.
I strive to innovate and keep customers at the heart of our offerings. Seeing our team, facilities, and nationwide customer base thrive brings immense pride, given our modest origins in Jerry's garage since 1995.

Aaron Clark
Associate Director
My role at Spectrum is extremely varied with my primary focus being systems and process engineering, backed by my passion for data analysis.
We have had several different large projects running lately, including the further development of My Spectrum and the implementation of new systems to ensure efficient working practices. I am looking forward to some exciting new projects that we have planned, so watch this space....

Daniel Smith
Operations Manager
I moved to Scarborough nine years ago, bringing a range of skills with me as a qualified chef, along with over ten years of experience in the transport and customer service industry. I’m genuinely excited to join the Spectrum team and am looking forward to this new adventure, where I hope to bring some fresh ideas and contribute to the team’s ongoing success.
Outside of work, I’m just a regular guy who enjoys socialising, watching football and rugby, and playing pool with friends. Bradford City is my home team, and I always make time to support them.

Mark Mullin
Business Support
Due to my long service, I have worked in many roles and acquire a versatile skill set, utilised mainly within the ecommerce team, customer services team and the operations team.
My product knowledge is exceptional, and my experience of the business is vast so this helps me add immense value in my support role which I know is appreciated by my colleagues.

Katie Slade
Sales Order Administrator
Born and raised in Scarborough, I’ve spent over 33 years in administration and enjoy staying busy, helping both customers and colleagues.
Outside of work, I’m married with two teenage boys. We enjoy holidays, weekends away, and coastal walks, where I collect driftwood for my craft hobby. I love music, going to concerts, and I’m a big fan of chocolate!

Alan Ruder
Warehouse and Distribution Team Leader
I have committed myself to contributing to Spectrum's continuous growth as the Warehouse and Distribution Team Leader. It is my goal to achieve complete customer satisfaction, and to ensure efficient and smooth running of our operations, and having great colleagues to work with can only inspire me further to succeed.
In my spare time I hand-paint denim and leather jackets with album covers, football badges, and other cool designs of which I have completed well over 100 in my time.

Sara Chaplin
Finance Controller
With nearly three decades of accounting experience in financial and management roles, I joined Spectrum in April 2021. My responsibilities include monthly management accounts and enhancing the reporting structure for budgeting and forecasting. The supportive and hardworking Spectrum team fills me with excitement for the company's ongoing growth. Outside work, I juggle parenthood, walks with our spaniel Bella, and pursue cycling and running.

Shane Leppington
Service & Product Distributor
I am a long-term serving member of the Spectrum family and it's something I very much enjoy. My role starts at the point of picking products and follows all the way through until they are delivered to our customers, with a smile.
I take great pride in my customer service skills, which I believe is really important in customer facing roles.

Graham Rhodes

I joined Spectrum Cleaning Solutions in July 2025, bringing with me many years of experience from the transport industry. Working here gives me the chance to be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about supporting our customers.
In my role as a Service & Product Distributor, I take pride in ensuring every customer receives the right products on time and in great condition. Building reliable relationships and delivering a dependable service is what motivates me every day.
