Delivery is free on all orders over £100.00. If your order is less than £100.00, delivery is £9.95 (ex. VAT).

How do I find legal documentation for products purchased from Spectrum?
Please visit our store at store.spectrumcleaningsolutions.co.uk to access all documentation related to our products. Find the item that you require the documentation for by using the search function, click on the link and scroll to the bottom of the page, you will then find links to the safety data sheet, microbiologist report and features and benefits sheets for that product.
Can you provide order history analysis?
Yes, if you’re an existing customer with a history of ordering from us, we can analyse your order history for free and identify areas in which you can reduce your costs. Alternatively, just login to your account on our online store to view data related to your account.
I don't live in the UK mainland – what about delivery?
Unfortunately at this time, we only deliver to UK Mainland.
Where is Spectrum based?
Spectrum is based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Though we use a range of national delivery couriers to ensure fast and reliable next day delivery anywhere on the UK mainland.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday – Thursday between 08:30 and 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:00, so feel free to give us a call with any inquiries. If you call us outside of business hours, please leave a message and someone will get back to you ASAP.
Do you offer a credit account?
If you give us a call on 01723 373509 we can set you up a credit account. After a couple of successful card payments you will then be able to place your orders online and pay to account.
