I have over 20 years' knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry and my vision is to make Spectrum the number one choice for customers who see the benefits of working in partnership with their suppliers and who value great service, innovative hygiene management support, good quality CHSA approved cleaning supplies and washroom service provision.
I have recently returned to my home town of Scarborough after gaining 18 years' management experience working in London as a Facilities Manager. During this time I managed various projects with the most notable being The British Museum, The National Gallery, The 02 and South Bank University in the public arena, although gained corporate experience working with companies such as IBM and McKinsey & Company.
Since joining Spectrum in March 2016, I have thrown myself into learning as much as possible about the company and the daily processes. I have spent time doing various roles within the company, from sales order processing to remote relationship management and I am now happy to be taking on the challenge of General Manager.
Along with my wife Jo and father-in law Jerry, I have been involved with the business since day one. As Spectrum has gone from strength to strength, I have been very proud to see the results of our hard-work and long hours - it seems mad to think that we started trading from Jerry's garage (January 1995) when we take a moment to appreciate the position we are in now!

My role makes me accountable for ensuring the seamless supply of products and services to our customers. This involves a few responsibilities which include : 1) Replenishing stock levels to ensure continuous supply of products to fulfil customer demands 2) Mobilising new customer accounts to ensure we deliver what we have promised in the way of dispensers, dosing units and Hygiene Management Support
Web & Ecommerce Manager
My role at Spectrum is extremely varied, I do a lot of work on the website and basically ensure that everything online is working as it should be. The aspect of the job I enjoy the most is project management. We have had several different large projects running lately, including our recent rebrand and the launch of our new website. I am looking forward to some exciting new projects that we have planned, so watch this space....
Sales Support Administrator
My role here is to process all your orders and deal with any queries, forwarding on to the relevant departments. I have already learnt so much on the daily processes and I am constantly building my product knowledge, through the help of the team. I am very friendly and always like to have a chat, so I enjoy being one of the main points of contact for our customers and I hope this shows through my customer service.
I joined Spectrum in October 2019 and my role is to look after the marketing of our products through various digital channels such as social media, emails, the website and blogging. My favourite part of the role is designing engaging posts and seeing our ideas come to life. My background is in marketing and I’m new to the cleaning products industry so I’m also enjoying learning everything I can about our products and services.

I joined Spectrum in February 2017 as a Service & Product Distributor.
My role involves making sure products are loaded onto the van and delivered to our customers. Excellent customer service is essential in my role. I am enjoying meeting new people and representing Spectrum. It is without doubt the best job I have ever had. Great staff and everyday there is a new challenge.

I joined the team at Spectrum in the summer of 2016 as a Service & Product Distributor.
Currently, my role changes every other week, one week I am the Warehouse Co-ordinator and the other a Service & Product Distributor. I enjoy this as it gives me variation of both the physical work in the warehouse as well as communication with the customers.

I am a long-term serving member of the Spectrum family and it's something I very much enjoy. My role starts at the point of picking products and follows all the way through until they are delivered to our customers, with a smile. I take great pride in my customer service skills, which I believe is really important in customer facing roles.
Business Support Administrator
My main role is assisting our account manager, Pete, with the administrative side of customers' hygiene and cleaning procedures, keeping their online accounts up to date with all the information they need to access, as well as general office duties and incoming calls. As the newest member of the team, starting in November 2019, I have felt at home from the very beginning and enjoy working with everyone.
